Practice : Stand with knees bent upto 45 degrees and place your hands on the knees. Now breathe in fully. Slowly breathe out and look at your stomach, now as you breathe out slowly pull the stomach in as much as you can.
Now slowly breathe in and allow your stomach to expand. Now again breathe out and follow the earlier step as before. Practce one stroke per 1 second. One should repeat this 18 times daily. Slowly increase this up to a 100 times.
