Proceedure:
Sit comfortably. Practice rapid and forceful inhalation and exhalation .Eyes should be closed. More focus should be on exhalation concentrating in nasal region. (One should prefer chest breathing, not abdominal. Abdominal breathing is important in next practice, Agnisara Kriya.) To begin with, you can do this in 3 phases- slow, medium and fast. After doing this you can do the same rapid breathing in alternative nostrils, so as to clear each nostril blockages.

Effective practice to overcome excess kapha or mucus. Reduces excess fat from the body.
Very useful to overcome nasal allergy,nasl congestion,cold and allergy, sinusitis,running nose,asthamatic bronchitis,tonsillitis,throat infection.
